Joe and Karna

Karna and I met freshman year of college.  I remember my first impressions of her; bubbly, loving, friendly,go-getter, and caring woman.  Ten years later she is still that same woman and more.  She has inspired me through and through.  I remember her working late nights in the communications department, and all that hard work has paid off.  She is now working for WCCO as a web producer and is amazing at her job.  Joe providentially was placed in her world a few years ago and it has been really fun to be on the sidelines watching their relationship blossom.  During the engagement session (see HERE) I was able to get to know the two of them better together (before then it had only been in group settings), and I loved the way that they loved and cared for each other.

Much of this was apparent on their extremely beautiful wedding day.  The two decided on a March morning wedding because they love St. Paul and wanted guests to take advantage of the city.  Karna and Joe met for the first time in Rice Park, and because it was so early, there was no one around.  It was like a fairy tale, and to be honest, I cried.  Not only then, but during the ceremony.  It was such a joyful occasion, I was so thrilled to be on the insides capturing the day for them.

Karna texting Joe when they were about to meet: ” I’ll be the one in the white dress.”

I was in love with their color scheme: Black, white and yellow.  When I recieved the invite to the wedding I eeked because I loved them so much!  They tied it all together so well!

After the ceremony and reception, we headed out for some photos of the two of them on Grand Ave and down to Micky’s Diner.Thank you Karna and Joe for allowing me to be a part of your day, I was honored and loved getting to know the two of you better.  Much love and blessings to you!
