Nestled amidst the calm waters of Mallard Pass Lake, Reeds and Rushes in Howard Lake, MN was the perfect location for Ava and Landen to begin on their journey of love that had been years in the making. Ava and Landen’s love story started back to their childhood days at Living Waters Church in Zimmerman, Minnesota. Growing up together, attending church services, and sharing countless moments with their families; their mutual love and bond deepened over the years. Over the years Ava had a secret crush on Landen for six long years, their connection growing stronger with each passing day. They were not just childhood friends; they were soulmates destined to find each other.

The turning point in their love story came during the cozy Christmas season. Landen invited Ava to his apartment for a festive activity. Little did she know, it was not just about hanging ornaments and stringing lights—it would be the moment that their next chapter would begin. After the two had decorated the entire apartment, they moved on to decorate the tree. Ava was grabbing ornaments out of the boxes while Landen put them on the tree. The last ornament she unwrapped from the tissue paper was a ring shaped ornament that had a picture of the two of them on it. As she turned to face him, Landen then got down on one knee and asked if Ava would marry him

Tyler Chessmore set the perfect ambiance with his musical talents, ensuring that the dance floor was always alive with joy and celebration.
