One of my 2018 goals was to up the ante in how I was working out for the year. As much as I would like to use this as an excuse to lose weight, it really has a different purpose to me. As I approach a year of multiple weddings and shoots in in a month, and a few back to back wedding weekends, I am learning I NEED stamina and strength.
When one of my friends and former brides put out a post on running 2018 miles in a year, I was intrigued. I thought, can I do that? Really with the time, can I honestly put 2018 miles down? No way.
But then she asked me if I wanted to split the time and do it as a team. Much more manageable! So here we are in the third month of the year and I’ve put a over 100 miles in the books. So here’s to more in 2018 and at least getting some more runs in as the weather warms up!!
